By streamlining processes in the cloud, True-Force tracks and maintains our client database from prospecting through the renewal process. The system tracks, documents, and processes our renewals by producing automated custom forms including reports, proposals, submissions, applications, binders, and invoices.<\/p>\n<p>The end result is that we can focus most of our time on answering calls, helping clients, and negotiating policy contracts with our insurance company partners.<\/p>\n<p>Our industry relationships are just as important as our client relationships.
